Terms of sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of leather goods sold through www.cuirduvoyageur.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated separately during checkout.

For orders shipped outside mainland France, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices may be updated at any time; however, products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed directly through www.cuirduvoyageur.com.

All orders are subject to product availability and order acceptance. CUIR DU VOYAGEUR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, stock shortages, or any other legitimate reason.

4. Order Confirmation

Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, together with a summary of your purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Orders are securely processed through our online payment system using accepted bank cards.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their legal right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Returned products must be:

In their original condition
Complete with all packaging and accessories
Free from damage caused by handling beyond normal inspection

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Some products, including personalised items and other exceptions provided under French consumer law, are not eligible for withdrawal.

7. Product Availability

Products are offered for sale while stocks last.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email and the order will be cancelled without charge.

CUIR DU VOYAGEUR reserves the right to refuse orders containing five or more identical products.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are communicated during the ordering process.

Customers will be informed by email in the event of shipping delays.

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

CUIR DU VOYAGEUR cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the customer's unavailability after multiple delivery attempts.

9. Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law.

Any claim regarding a defective or non-compliant product must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Products returned under warranty must be sent back in their original condition, together with all accessories and packaging.

10. Liability

CUIR DU VOYAGEUR cannot be held liable for:

Failure to comply with regulations in the destination country.
Damage resulting from improper use of its products.
Interruptions, technical failures, or issues related to the use of the Internet.
