Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed and are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Delivery Times

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the destinations available during checkout. For orders shipped outside mainland France, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with local import regulations.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside mainland France, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other applicable charges may apply. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities in the destination country.

Delivery Delays

In the event of a delivery delay, customers have the rights provided under applicable French consumer law. If an order is cancelled due to an excessive delivery delay, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with French legislation.
